Download problems: Apology and Bonus Bank

Please accept our apologies that some of you experienced trouble with downloading the paid upgrade from Absynth 1.3 to Absynth 2.0. The phenomenal response to Absynth 2 has simply overwhelmed our servers!

We'd like to give a little "thank you" for your patience and understanding as we improve our network capacity and fix the problem.

We've prepared a special bank of 32 Absynth sounds as a small gift - 18 exclusive Absynth 2.0 sounds, and 14 sounds taken from the Sonic Expansion CD. Again, we'd like to express our apologies at the trouble and thank you for being understanding.

We're still working to fix the problem, but we hope to have it fixed by the end of the day or tomorrow. The Absynth 2.0 download link you received in the order confirmation email will be valid until noon on Wednesday, so you will have plenty of time to restart your download.

Once the problem is fixed, all 2.0 upgrade purchasers will receive an email with a link to the bonus bank.

Also please note that your credit card will NOT be charged until the download has completed.

We- as Paid Absynth 1x (grace period) users are ALSO having to wait for this upgrade Jake. Some of the $69.00 upgraders have Absynth 2 now, while we grace period users still dont even have a link for it, or an email for a link. Its only fair that we be offered the same. What about it NI?

I concur with Spikey3. It would be nice if grace period users were given access to these sounds, as well, especially since we still can't download the update.
